AFTERMARK
Your Aftermark is what you leave behind in someone's mind. -- Your Aftermark can be the result of your death or just an everyday departure. -- Hope your Aftermark leaves a good impression in the tides of time.

  • Michael Ianniello -
    1986 to 2012

The RJL Memorial Fund would like to dedicate the 2012 Battle of the Bands to the late Michael Gregory Ianniello. Michael’s charisma, joy and love of music was infectious to all who crossed his path. He excelled at music and there wasn’t an instrument nor a musical genre that he did not seek to conquer. It is with great pain and sadness to learn of the passing of yet another musician gone too soon. Our love, compassion and prayers go out to his family and friends.

  • Jeanne Greene -
    1931 to 2011

On February 10th, 2011 the Lariviere Family lost a dear friend, Jeanne Greene.  Jeanne was married to her husband, Joseph for 60 years. Jeanne was a loving and devoted mother of Joanne and her husband Kenneth Jesse, Kathleen and her husband Paul Fanning, Jacqueline Montilio, Joseph Greene and wife Dana, and Brian Greene.  Jeanne was a grandmother of ten grandchildren, Megan and Andrew Jesse, Molly and Peter Fanning, Mark, Benjamin and Michelle Montilio, Joseph and Genevieve Greene and Brianna Femen.

Jeanne was employed by the Quincy School System and Bank of Boston and Bank of America. She graduated from Quincy Junior College and was a 1990 Cum Laude Graduate of Harvard University and published poet. Jeanne loved singing as a choir member and a cantor. Jeanne was an avid sports fan that faithfully followed her beloved Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots.

The Lariviere Family, Dick, Anne, Rick, Marie and Ryan, were close personal friends of Jeanne and we were moved beyond words when Jeanne requested that donations be made to the RJL Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers.

We have since put all the donations to good use as we forge forward with our efforts to help musicians who might otherwise not be able to enjoy their musical dreams. Jeanne’s life was full of music and singing which enriched her life so much so that she wanted to help others realize its importance. Jeanne leaves behind and inextinguishable torch and an Aftermark in the lives of everyone who knew her.

Our sincere sympathy and love goes out to her wonderful family and friends and loving husband, Joe.  We are forever touched by Jeanne’s gift to the Ryan J. Lariviere Memorial Fund.
